Excell has adopted periodic conformance audits of the operation of systems to ensure that the system is operating at a qualified level.  Nevertheless, in order to ensure good quality and speedy delivery of products, 96% of the entire production process takes place at Excell. Departments from powder coating, plastic injection, tape slitting to product assembly, all of which play an important role in keeping each order delivered on time.
